Account details (name, email), wallet addresses you check or watch, and usage telemetry. We never ask for private keys or seed phrases — anyone who does is not us.
To provide wallet risk checks, alerts and investigation services; to operate and secure the platform; and to meet legal obligations. We do not sell personal data.
Public on-chain data (addresses, transactions) is processed as part of the service. On-chain data is public by nature and cannot be erased from the underlying ledger.
We share data with infrastructure providers (hosting, database, email) under contract, and with authorities only where legally required. Business customers' data is isolated per organisation.
Account data is kept while your account is active. Audit logs are retained per the deployment's retention policy for evidential integrity.
Depending on your jurisdiction (including Malaysia's PDPA 2010), you may request access, correction or deletion of your personal data via privacy@securemi.io.
